Blizzard will be using the next year to instead focus on its development teams and reimagine the future of the event. BlizzCon 2022, Blizzard's annual convention, was recently canceled.
Mage tower 9.1.5 rewards Patch#
It will be the first patch for World of Warcraft following multiple lawsuits and investigations into alleged sexual harassment and discrimination at Activision Blizzard. The event comes as part of Shadowlands patch 9.1.5, which is set to bring a number of fan-requested changes alongside alterations to older, more problematic content when it releases on November 2. There isn't currently an exact date for when the event will go live, but it should be within the next few weeks. While the event is active, players will be able to tackle the tower's challenges to score new Legion-themed rewards. Legion Timewalking will also bring back one of the expansion's most beloved features, the Mage Tower. As detailed by Blizzard, a new hippogryph mount, new transmog options, and a new toy will be available for purchase in exchange for Timewarped Badges, which are acquired from defeating Legion bosses during the event and completing an event quest. When the affix is active, a Legion invasion will occur near certain bosses, adding to the encounter's difficulty.īut a limited-time event wouldn't be complete without some new rewards, and Legion Timewalking has those too. Keystones increase the difficulty of the experience, and higher level keystones will add a unique effect to Legion dungeons in the form of the Infernal affix. Players who want a more challenging experience can use a Timeworn Keystone, which effectively functions like a Mythic keystone in current Shadowland content. Personally I think the Warlock and Priest sets are insane and will be 100% going for them (I'll be doing them all but those I want the most). I also like how they're adding unused Legion appearances to the Timewalking Vendor. Since they've done this I though it would be cool to use recolours for other expansions, such as Mists of Pandaria Challenge Modes offering recolours of the original sets, Warlords recolouring HM/BRF Mythic sets or the PVP Elite ones. I also think the TOS sets in general are some of the best in the game. They brought back some old content people wanted, made it evergreen with Timewalking so it always scales up and gave people a new set to wear, the first time a Class specific set since Legion has been added. People would just be annoyed if they brought back the weapons (me being one of them) and as someone who also did every race/class combo there would be no value for me. Not entirely sure why people are complaining you get a Legion recolour set from a Legion Timewalking event set on the Tomb of Sargeras. I really don't think Blizzard actually gives a shit about WoW anymore. The Mage Tower from World of Warcraft's Legion expansion will return in patch 9.1.5, complete with new rewards for players to earn. These armor sets aren't worth going through mage tower AT ALL. No change to the mage tower and it's just a recolor of existing armor instead of being something unique. Not inspiring much confidence in me.When the Mage Tower was around, it was a cool challenge with even cooler rewards. WoW Mage Tower boosts reward and achievements: For completing the Mage Tower Challenge, you can get armor sets for transmogrification for your class, a new. Not only that but one of there leads is out there selling boosts to paying wow customers. They could have redid an old raid and brought it up (like onyxia or nax) they didn't even bother with that. Not even a few more levels of renown (because you how much we "love" those systems).
They didn't even do something simple like add one boss to a raid or dungeon. We could just go read the old guides and we have played through it already. We already saw all this! It is literally all recycled content, nothing new. Best part is that they are rolling out this "content" with a "guide" to 9.1.5.
